Director of Nursing RN Job Summary:

Hall of Fame Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leader in the rehabilitation industry, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Nursing RN to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, the Director of Nursing RN will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the nursing department, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Develop and implement effective nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting to advance the organization's mission and vision Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement Mentor and develop nursing staff to improve skills and promote professional growth

Requirements:
