Role Summary:
The Director of Nursing (DON) oversees all nursing services and clinical operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care within a fast-paced Gastroenterology (GI) and Endoscopy center . This full-time, exempt leadership role provides clinical oversight for endoscopy services, leads a dedicated nursing team, and ensures excellence in patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Full-time, Monday-Friday What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and manage nursing and clinical teams within the GI/Endoscopy setting. Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring safe and efficient patient care throughout the endoscopy process. Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection prevention, and quality outcomes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. Oversee staffing, scheduling, competencies, and supply management. Collaborate with gastroenterologists, anesthesia providers, and administrative leadership to support center goals. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience, clinical efficiency, and operational performance. Serve as the clinical leader and resource for staff, providers, and patients.
What You'll Bring:
Active RN license with current BLS and ACLS certifications. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center, GI lab, or endoscopy setting. Strong knowledge of endoscopy workflows, sedation practices, infection prevention, and regulatory standards. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
