What You'll Do As our new DON, you will be responsible for: Directing day-to-day nursing operations in our facility, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents Leading, motivating, and developing a talented team of nursing professionals Collaborating with our Administrator to drive overall facility success and implement strategic plans Maintaining standards of care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Implementing programs and policies for enhanced patient experience and satisfaction Attracting, retaining, and mentoring top nursing talent What We're Looking For Valid RN license (Ohio) in good standing Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum 2 years' experience as DON in long-term care (if new to the role, we will consider candidates with similar experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing or similar leadership role) Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills Strong ability to implement programs, policies, and procedures About Harrison Pavilion Rehabilitation & Nursing Care At Harrison Pavilion, we are committed to resident satisfaction, customer service, and providing services that recognize the specific needs of each person in our care.
