What You'll Do Provide leadership and daily instruction to the nursing department staff. Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Ensure proper dispensing and documentation for medications. Oversight of the move-in & move-out process according to governing regulations. Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, associates, residents and their families. Oversight of compliance as it relates to the nursing department. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Active and unincumbered Registered Nurse license (RN) with 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role. Will consider an equivalent amount of education and experience. Should possess proficiency in operating a computer and Microsoft Office. Should possess strong clinician skills and customer service skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with the workforce, vendors, residents and family members. Make complex decisions requiring a high degree of analytical skills and judgment. Decisions may affect any or all internal departments, as well as the community.
