Job Description
Assistant Director of Nursing Conneaut, OH 44030 Full-time Full-time Lake Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, part of AOM Healthcare, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support and partner with the Director of Nursing in leading clinical operations within the facility. This is a hands-on leadership role inside the building. The ADON will help drive regulatory compliance, oversee nursing staff, and ensure daily clinical systems are running effectively. Ideal for a strong RN leader ready to grow within a structured operation. Key Responsibilities Support the DON in overseeing all nursing services Maintain survey readiness and regulatory compliance Supervise Unit Managers and floor nurses Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor oversight Monitor clinical documentation and care plan compliance Support Quality Measures and rehospitalization reduction efforts Step in for the DON as needed Qualifications Active Ohio RN license Prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience required ADON or Unit Manager experience preferred Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations Organized, proactive, and team-oriented leadership style What's Being Offered Competitive compensation aligned with experience Strong leadership support Stable ownership and structured systems Opportunity for growth within the organization IND456
