This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader who is passionate about resident care and wants to grow within a supportive, not-too-corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing in managing daily nursing operations. Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery. Assist with staff scheduling, education, and performance management. Maintain compliance with DOH, CMS, and state/federal regulations. Participate in quality improvement and infection control programs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident outcomes. Step in for the DON as needed to ensure consistent leadership coverage. Qualifications Active RN license in Ohio (required). Prior experience as an ADON, Unit Manager, or Nursing Supervisor in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. Strong knowledge of
