Responsibilities include:
Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing management team and clinical staff Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and CMS regulations while maintaining continuous survey readiness Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes Oversee resident care planning, MDS processes, clinical documentation, and EMR accuracy Monitor staffing, scheduling, and labor efficiency while maintaining exceptional standards of care Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve operational and clinical goals Conduct audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective action plans Promote staff education, accountability, and professional development Foster a positive culture that attracts and retains top nursing talent
Qualifications Required:
Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) License Previous Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is
REQUIRED
Strong background in Long Term Care and Memory Care Expert knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, Medicare, Medicaid, and quality measures Experience with MDS, care planning, infection control, and EMR systems Proven ability to lead teams, improve clinical outcomes, and build a positive workplace culture We're Looking For The ideal candidate is an energetic, visible leader who leads by example, builds trust with their team, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care. $105,701.69 - $127,296.66 per year
