Multi-Site Director of Nursing (DON) - Dayton Region, Ohio Oversee 7 Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) We are seeking a strong, experienced Multi-Site Director of Nursing (RN) to provide clinical leadership across 7 Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Dayton region . This is an excellent opportunity for a proven DON who thrives in multi-facility operations and is passionate about driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes. This role is ideal for a leader who can mentor facility DONs, improve systems, and elevate resident care across multiple buildings. You will fill in as needed at different locations. All buildings are within 40min from one another. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and support for 7 SNF locations Mentor and develop DONs and nursing leadership teams Ensure compliance with state, federal, Medicare, and HIPAA regulations Drive quality improvement, survey readiness, and strong clinical outcomes Oversee staffing strategy, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident care and performance Qualifications Active Ohio RN license required Must have Director of Nursing experience in Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Strong knowledge of survey process, MDS, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance Proven leadership experience managing high-performing clinical teams Multi-site experience is a major plus This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone looking to influence multiple buildings, drive meaningful change, and grow within a strong organization.
Pay:
$98,177.80 - $128,235.63 per year
