Job Description

Travel Director of Nursing (DON) Wanted! We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our healthcare team as a Travel Director of Nursing (DON). This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients while furthering their career.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all nursing operations and ensure quality patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes Mentor and develop nursing staff Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements:
Active RN license 2 + years of experience in nursing leadership Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for improving patient outcomes
