Assistant Director of Nursing

A skilled nursing facility in Fremont, Ohio is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership within the building. This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the nursing team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in the skilled nursing environment.
