Mason Healthcare Center is a smaller, hotel-like skilled nursing facility where quality care and teamwork actually come first. You'll be working directly under our LNHA, Michelle Williams, alongside a leadership team that is hands-on, responsive, and focused on doing things the right way.

What You'll Do:

Support and partner with the DON in daily clinical operations Help lead, mentor, and hold nursing staff accountable Oversee clinical compliance, audits, and quality measures Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage as needed Ensure excellent resident care and customer service standards Step in as a leader on the floor when needed

What We're Looking For:

RN with strong clinical background (RN preferred) Prior nursing leadership experience in long-term care Knowledge of survey readiness, regulations, and compliance Someone organized, reliable, and not afraid to take ownership Team player who can lead but also support the floor
