This role helps ensure residents receive quality care, supervises care staff, promotes regulatory compliance, and fosters a safe and supportive environment for residents, families, and team members. Responsibilities Assist in supervising, training, and supporting Resident Care staff to ensure quality resident care. Monitor resident care plans, assessments, medication administration, and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Help maintain appropriate staffing levels, participate in scheduling, and support employee onboarding and development. Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members while addressing concerns professionally. Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN or RN license in the state of employment. Current CPR certification required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in assisted living, personal care, or long-term care preferred. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond effectively in emergency situations, and maintain positive working relationships. Why Join Us?
