This leadership role helps maintain regulatory compliance, supports nursing staff development, and promotes a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability. Director of Nursing Qualifications Required:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred:
