The Oaks is seeking an experienced, dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and ensure exceptional clinical care for our residents. If you are a passionate nursing leader who values teamwork, quality care, regulatory excellence, and resident-centered service, we'd love to welcome you to our leadership team. What You'll Do As the Director of Nursing, you will: Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Promote outstanding clinical outcomes and quality measures. Lead, mentor, and develop nursing managers and frontline staff. Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfaction. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care. Monitor staffing, clinical documentation, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives. Prepare for and lead successful state survey readiness efforts. Qualifications Current Ohio RN license in good standing. Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred. Long-term care or skilled nursing leadership experience required. Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and state/federal nursing home regulations.
