This role is for someone who leads by example, builds up their team, holds high standards, and takes ownership of the nursing department. The right candidate will create a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence while ensuring outstanding care for our residents. What We're Looking For A leader , not just a scheduler or task manager Someone who takes initiative and solves problems without waiting to be told A professional who supports and develops their team , not works against them Strong communicator who can handle difficult situations with professionalism and confidence Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance, documentation, and quality care Someone who creates a positive, team-driven environment Key Responsibilities Oversee all nursing operations within the facility Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards Maintain accurate, complete, and survey-ready documentation at all times Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff (LPNs, CMAs, CNAs) Conduct audits on charts, physician orders, care plans, and assessments Ensure proper medication management and clinical oversight Lead by example in professionalism, accountability, and resident care Address performance issues promptly and appropriately Coordinate with administration on staffing, quality improvement, and operations Qualifications Current LPN or RN license (state required) Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care Prior leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of state regulations and survey process Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to hold staff accountable while maintaining a supportive culture Why Join Us?
