Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with interdisciplinary departments, fostering a positive, accountable, and engaged team culture, and monitoring quality measures and leading QAPI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing DON or nursing leadership experience preferred Strong regulatory knowledge and sound clinical judgment Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
