As a leader in our esteemed organization, you will have the opportunity to elevate outcomes, mentor teams, and lead with confidence in a culture grounded in dignity, respect, and resident-centered care. As our Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring our nursing leadership and clinical teams. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care while driving clinical excellence, compliance, and survey readiness. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with interdisciplinary departments, fostering a positive, accountable, and engaged team culture, and monitoring quality measures and leading QAPI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire the nursing leadership and clinical teams Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care Drive clinical excellence, compliance, and survey readiness Collaborate with interdisciplinary departments to support smooth operations Foster a positive, accountable, and engaged team culture Monitor quality measures and lead QAPI initiatives
Requirements:
Active RN license (Oklahoma or Compact) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing DON or nursing leadership experience preferred Strong regulatory knowledge and sound clinical judgment Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
