Director of Nursing | RN Required | Experience Required | Oklahoma City/Bethany We are seeking a dedicated & highly experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and oversee all clinical operations within our long-term care and skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive nursing home experience, strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of resident care standards, compliance regulations, and healthcare management. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of resident care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Duties Maintain open communication with residents and families to address concerns and improve satisfaction. Oversee nursing operations, staffing, policies, procedures, and staff training. Support and develop nursing staff through coaching, education, and performance management. Evaluate new admissions and residents with changing conditions to determine appropriate care needs. Ensure compliance with safety standards and clinical procedures to protect residents and staff. Qualifications Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license. 2+ years of experience working in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or long-term care setting. Prior leadership experience in nursing, including roles such as Charge Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Director of Nursing.
