Director of Nursing

SHADY REST

Care Center is looking for a few outstanding RNs and/or LPNs Charge Nurses. Immediate Shift Availability is a flexible rotating 6a-6p Mondays through Sundays. Full Time or Part Time, we will work with your schedule as to which days you are able to work, but you must be able to do the entire 12 hour shift. Please apply and contact for further information. LPN starts at $27.00/hour and RN starts $32.00/hour. The overall charge Nurse-RN/LPN-is to participate in and oversee the provision of resident care as prescribed by the attending physician, consistent with accepted standards of care and within the scope of LPN training and licensure. Incumbent also provides direct resident care, and assigns duties to subordinate LPNs and/or CNAs as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a current, valid license and (LPN or RN) in the state of Oklahoma. Nursing experience in a long term care facility is preferred. Supervisory experience is desirable. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary as well as collaborative and helpful oriented. Functional literacy in English is required.
