Assistant Director of Nursing Job Summary:

Beacon Ridge Nursing is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team in Sapulpa, Oklahoma . The successful candidate will play a vital role in leading our nursing staff, ensuring exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing in the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing policies and procedures Serve as a role model and mentor to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care Conduct regular rounds and reviews to monitor patient care and identify areas for improvement Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality metrics and benchmarks Provide guidance and support to staff during challenging situations, ensuring that patient needs are met and maintained Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for managing inventory, supplies, and equipment for the nursing department

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or completed LPN program Current RN or LPN license with the State of Oklahoma Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Assistant Director of Nursing will be required to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
