  • We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated
  • Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
  • to join our team at Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation community serving Tulsa and the surrounding area. As a key member of our leadership team, the ADON will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, promoting a culture of compassion and respect, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans for departmental growth and improvement
  • Provide direct supervision to the nursing staff, including charge nurses, nurses, and certified nursing assistants
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure that patient needs are being met and that staff are providing high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and external partners to ensure a positive and supportive environment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
  • Current RN license and CPR certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, families, and staff in a compassionate and professional manner
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions in a rapidly changing environment
