As a Director of Nursing, you will play a critical role in leading our nursing team to provide exceptional care to our residents. DON Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and OMCI's policies and procedures Develop and implement nursing care plans and policies to ensure high-quality care for our residents Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure excellent clinical outcomes Collaborate with other departments, including medical, activities, and dietary, to ensure a holistic approach to care Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient satisfaction and outcome measures
