This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while supporting the overall mission, goals, and standards of Paramount Senior Living. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with strong clinical expertise and a commitment to excellence in long-term care. Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the facility's Resident Care programs, including: Health and wellness Resident morale and engagement Cleanliness and grooming Safety and compliance Nutrition and nourishment Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to assigned care staff Ensure alignment of departmental objectives with the organization's long-term strategy and mission Maintain a high standard of quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations Oversee care delivery processes and evaluate patient outcomes Foster a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff Collaborate effectively with medical staff, families, and other stakeholders Support and monitor quality assurance initiatives within the department Respond appropriately and effectively in emergencies Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Experience Prior administrative or supervisory experience in long-term care preferred Licenses & Certifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Current CPR certification Valid driver's license (preferred) Why Join Us?
