Assistant Director of Nursing needed for a nursing facility located in Doylestown, PA!!!!

Salary:
$90K-$100K per year (depending on experience)•
Responsibilities:
Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving. Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed. Ensure department activities and records are in adherence to AAAHC and various licensing and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Must have PA RN license Must have long-term care experience Must have prior Assistant Director of Nursing experience Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in long term care strongly preferred Must have strong clinical background and knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have strong leadership skills and experience #5856
