The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure regulatory compliance, high‑quality resident care, and effective clinical leadership. The ADON is responsible for assisting with the coordination and oversight of nursing services, supporting staff development, and maintaining adherence to all clinical policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members.
