Job Description

Director of Nursing (DON) Montgomeryville Skilled Nursing and Rehab Lead Clinical Excellence. Inspire Teams. Elevate Care. Montgomeryville Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking a strong, experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and drive exceptional resident outcomes. This is a key leadership role for a hands-on nursing leader who is passionate about quality, accountability, and building a high-performing clinical culture. What You'll Do:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services within the facility Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with all state and federal regulations Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff—including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs—to drive performance and retention Oversee clinical systems including infection control, QAPI, risk management, and survey readiness Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve quality, census, and financial goals Monitor and improve key clinical outcomes (falls, pressure injuries, rehospitalizations, etc.) Drive accountability and maintain a culture of excellence and professionalism

What We're Looking For:
Active Pennsylvania RN license (required) Prior experience as a Director of Nursing (or strong ADON ready to step up) in a skilled nursing setting Deep knowledge of state/federal regulations and survey process Proven ability to lead teams, improve clinical outcomes, and maintain compliance Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on accountability
