Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellence in patient care

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania Minimum of 1 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring nursing staff

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay Holiday/PTO Full Benefits Package Salary Range:

$80,000-$120,000.00
