The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who is organized, team-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all nursing operations and clinical staff Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Supervise and support nursing team including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs Coordinate resident care plans and quality assurance initiatives Monitor staffing, scheduling, and clinical performance Maintain a positive and professional work environment Collaborate with administration, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Pennsylvania Previous leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey preparedness Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lead and motivate a clinical team
