We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA . Role:
As the Director of Nursing (DON) , you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing operations and providing strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents and patients. You will work closely with our administrative team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols that align with our organization's mission and values. Your leadership and guidance will empower our nursing staff to provide compassionate and individualized care, promoting positive outcomes and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols that promote quality care, staff development, and resident satisfaction Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and professional development among nursing staff
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience in a leadership or management role (n/a) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a nursing setting
