Table The Credentials:
A current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania. BSN preferred; Master's in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
The Experience:
Proven success as a DON or Assistant DON in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care setting.
The Knowledge:
Expert-level understanding of CMS regulations, PDPM, and Pennsylvania Department of Health standards.
