Summary:
The part-time Assistant Director of Nursing Program (Evening) supports the administration and coordination of the evening Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) program. This leadership role works closely with nursing faculty, students, clinical partners, and college administration to ensure high-quality nursing education and student success. Responsibilities include assisting with faculty support, student advising, clinical coordination, curriculum oversight, accreditation activities, and program operations. The Ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills with a passion for nursing education and student development.
Working Hours:
Working hours for this position are limited to 25 hours per week. Actual working hours will be agreed upon by the employee and the supervisor prior to the start of employment. Evening availability required. Flexible work hours may be available. Education and/or
Experience:
Required:
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required Current unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
Preferred:
Prior teaching, leadership, or curriculum experience preferred Management experience in a team-oriented workplace Recent experience with curriculum development and systematic program evaluation College level teaching experience Experience in distance education, i.e. online, hybrid and/or web enhanced courses or willingness to learn and teach in these modes
Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
Current unrestricted nursing licensure to practice in Pennsylvania is required.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software and spreadsheet software. In addition, should be able to learn and utilize a variety of education software packages.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
