As the Director of Nursing, you will champion clinical excellence and mentor a dedicated team.You will have the autonomy to direct the planning, implementation, and evaluation of resident care, serving as a key strategic voice on the leadership team.
Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license (BSN preferred).5+ years of clinical experience in Skilled Nursing (SNF) / Long-Term Care.2+ years of proven leadership/management experience in a long-term care setting.Thorough understanding of Federal and State SNF regulations.
