This leadership role works closely with nursing faculty, students, clinical partners, and college administration to ensure high-quality nursing education and student success. Responsibilities include assisting with faculty support, student advising, clinical coordination, curriculum oversight, accreditation activities, and program operations.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required Current unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license Minimum 5 years of nursing experience Prior teaching, leadership, or curriculum experience preferred

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills with a passion for nursing education and student development. 25 hours per week. Evening availability required. Flexible work hours may be available.

Hourly Pay Rate Range:
