Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department with passion and strategic insight. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services and patient outcomes Manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high standards of care Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to foster professional development and team cohesion Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve operational workflows Promote educational initiatives by supporting ongoing training, teaching programs, and university partnerships Drive quality improvement projects that elevate clinical practices and patient satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in management within a healthcare or hospital setting, with a focus on nursing leadership Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams Experience in education administration or teaching within a healthcare or university environment is highly desirable Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and quality assurance standards Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred Valid nursing license in good standing with relevant licensing boards Join us as we strive to deliver exceptional healthcare through innovative leadership and compassionate service. Pay:
$110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
