You will help to achieve the optimum level of student retention and fulfill the institutional aims and mission of the organization, by maintaining the highest level of quality, ethics, and integrity. You would ensure that the school's operations are in full compliance with all government, accreditation, and Company policies and procedures. Responsibilities of an Assistant Director of Nursing Assist with faculty recruitment, hiring, and orientation Mentor faculty members; provide support and direction in areas of educational development Assist faculty in instructional delivery methods that address students' differing learning styles Ensure that all instructors are present, and that adequate provisions are made for classes affected by faculty absences Evaluate and update the Faculty Education Plan (FEP) for all nursing faculty Conduct classroom observations and surveys; review results with faculty, students, and the Director of Nursing - PN, as appropriate Manage student progress from orientation to graduation.
