Carlyle Senior Care of Aiken is an 86-bed building seeking an RN Director of Nursing (DON) who leads with integrity, inspires their team, and is committed to delivering high-quality care every day. You will play a key role in shaping the clinical culture and driving excellence throughout the facility. Responsibilities Lead and support the nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Oversee clinical outcomes and quality improvement initiatives Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff development Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and teamwork Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership Qualifications Active RN license in South Carolina Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and survey processes Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for resident-centered care What We're Looking For A leader who: Leads by example Builds strong, positive teams Takes pride in delivering outstanding care Brings energy, accountability, and heart to the role
