Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Assistant Director of Nursing, where you will play a pivotal role in leading nursing operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative environment. This energetic leadership position offers the opportunity to influence clinical excellence, manage organizational resources effectively and support staff development. You will oversee daily nursing activities, implement strategic initiatives and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations to deliver outstanding outcomes for our patients and community. Duties Provide strategic planning and leadership to nursing staff, promoting a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement Manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high standards of care Oversee staffing schedules, personnel management and staff supervision to ensure optimal team performance Ensure compliance with state-specific education laws and healthcare regulations across all nursing practices Lead educational initiatives and training programs to enhance staff skills and professional development Collaborate with executive leadership to develop policies, procedures and operational strategies aligned with organizational goals Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to improve patient outcomes Support recruitment efforts by participating in hiring processes and onboarding new team members Requirements Proven management experience within healthcare or educational administration, preferably in a school or university setting with a focus on health sciences or nursing programs Strong background in strategic planning, organizational budget management and personnel management in education or healthcare environments Knowledge of state-specific education laws related to healthcare training programs and licensure requirements Demonstrated leadership in academic or instructional settings with experience in team management and staff supervision Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and executive stakeholders Experience in instructional leadership within education or healthcare institutions is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher; Master's degree preferred; valid nursing license required Come join our team and find personal and professional satisfaction as you share your talents and skills with us.
