We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our dedicated nursing team in our vibrant skilled nursing and post-acute care facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of nursing services, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, resident safety, and regulatory compliance. You will lead, mentor, and develop a compassionate team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all nursing operations and staff. Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility regulations. Champion quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize care delivery.
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting.
