This nurse leader is a part of the on-call rotation. What You'll Do Partner with the Director of Nursing to support daily clinical operations in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses and CNAs, fostering trust, accountability, and teamwork. Participate in the on-call rotation and provide leadership support during off-hours. Lead by example , stepping in to support floor staffing alongside the nursing team when needed. Promote clinical excellence, compliance, and compassionate resident care. What We're Looking For Active Texas RN License (or Compact State RN license). Proven nurse leadership experience in skilled nursing , including leading large teams in high-acuity settings.
