This position oversees all healthcare provided to residents and develops a plan of care with a collaborative team. Manages medications oversight, communication with health care providers, and health care needs for each resident. Must have a valid Nursing license. This person must be familiar with completing assessments, service plans, and care plans. Being highly proficient in Federal, State, and Local regulations is a must for this position.
