Your Impact as an Assistant Director of Nursing In this role, you will:
Support Staffing Needs:
Step in to assist floor staffing when needed
Oversee Resident Care:
Contribute to MDS, care planning, Performance Improvement, and Infection Control programs
Manage Nursing Staff:
Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget needs
Ensure Accurate Documentation:
Review and maintain up-to-date and accurate resident records
Develop Care Plans:
Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and consultants to design individualized care plans
Support Staff Resources:
Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources
Uphold Infection Control:
