BASTROP LOST PINES NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER - BASTROP, TX
Are you a strong nurse leader ready to take the next step in your career? Wellsential Health is looking for an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our Director of Nurses in leading our care team and delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting.
What You'll Do:
Support the daily operations of the nursing department and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines Partner with the DON to oversee clinical staff, optimize schedules, and ensure proper staffing coverage across shifts Help implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives and care improvement plans Assist in managing resident care, staff training, audits, documentation, and on-call coverage Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and physicians to ensure coordinated, compassionate care Jump in to support assessments, care planning, or compliance reviews as needed
What You Bring:
