Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to promote professional growth and maintain high levels of engagement. Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to support sustainable practices. Coordinate educational programs, training sessions, and continuing education initiatives for nursing personnel. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans and improve clinical outcomes. Support management in accreditation processes, quality assurance activities, and policy updates to uphold excellence in healthcare delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred. Valid nursing license with current registration in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in management or leadership roles within healthcare settings, ideally with university or academic hospital experience. Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and management of multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to lead educational initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills essential for effective management.
