Required Skills:

In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements: Recent hospital management experience is required. Minimum of 3 years of hospital management of multiple clinical departments. Supervision of Surgical Services, Medical/Surgical Unit and Pre-op/Recovery is a plus. Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience working directly with physicians on key strategic initiatives and projects. Demonstrated experience in serving in a leadership role for at least 3 Joint Commission hospital accreditation surveys in the last 10 years. Demonstrated knowledge of hospital and nursing regulatory requirements. Master''s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing State of Texas Registered Nurse License
