Assistant Director of Nursing (DON) at Purple Hearts Home Health Purple Hearts Home Health is excited to announce an opening for a RN Assistant DON under the direction of the Director of Nursing assists in the supervising of nursing services and sets the standards of care to ensure a professional, skilled program of care and treatment so that each client will receive the benefit that accounts for their medical, physical, emotional, and psychological needs. Qualifications Required for the Assistant Director of Nursing (DON)

• Current RN license
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents and other team members
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Current CPR certification
• Preferred home health experience of 2+ years with oasis major plus.
