We are in search of a Licensed Director of Nursing who is resident and family-focused, an accomplished team builder, and eager to develop and lead a high-performing nursing team and supportive culture. The Director of Nursing will oversee the clinical management of our facility, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. Qualifications Required for the Director of Nursing (DON)

• Valid Texas RN License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or a related healthcare program.
• In-depth knowledge of long-term care operational standards as outlined in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation, and State regulations.
• Preferred home health experience of 2+ years with OASIS Major Plus.
