In this vital role, you'll support the Director of Nursing in overseeing all aspects of client care, documentation, and compliance — ensuring our field staff deliver the highest standard of nursing and caregiving excellence. Supervise and provide guidance to field nurses and caregivers, ensuring high-quality care and accountability. Review and audit client charts for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure that assessments, care plans, and documentation are completed accurately. Partner with HR to monitor caregiver credentials, training, and compliance. Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct or coordinate in-service training and continuing education for field staff. Support quality assurance initiatives and participate in internal audits or corrective action plans. Serve as a clinical resource for field nurses and caregivers, providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise. Collaborate with administrative and leadership teams to align clinical operations with agency goals. Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure the agency's ongoing compliance with home care standards.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Current, unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role Excellent organizational and communication skills Knowledge of clinical documentation standards, compliance, and home care regulations Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems Reliable vehicle with auto insurance and clean driving/background record Commitment to HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
Preferred:
