TITLE:
Nurse House Supervisor / RN / Nights
LOCATION

If this sounds like the change you've been searching for, keep reading... What they're looking for: Bachelor's Degree in nursing required. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license. Three (3) to five (5) years of acute care clinical nursing experience, working in various acute care nursing departments. Proficient in Case Management and Utilization Review processes, including InterQual and acute-care patient status regulations and guidelines. Preferred certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, and PALS.
Hours and compensation potential:
Full-time position (36 hours) with 3-12 hour night shifts (7pm-7:30am), rotating weekends. Salary range of $47.00 to $77.00 per hour based on experience, with a $5 per hour shift differential. Comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance (up to $5,000) and sign-on bonus (up to $15,000). What you'll be doing: Serving as the House Supervisor for a 50-bed rural healthcare facility. Responsible for collecting and analyzing data on patient admissions, transfers, and bed availability to enhance patient care and optimize bed utilization in specified clinical areas. Ensuring patients are admitted to the most suitable level of care and bed assignment based on admission criteria, acting as a liaison between Physicians, Nursing Leadership, Nursing Unit staff, Care Management Staff, and other key stakeholders to streamline operations. Acting as the Administrator on Duty in the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, making administrative decisions, providing guidance on operational issues across all hospital departments. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.
