Position Details:

Full-Time | Located at 1625 E. Main St, Clintonville, WI 54952

Key Responsibilities:

As the ADON with infection Control oversite, you will: Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and directing the Nursing Services Department Plan, Implement, evaluate, and maintain our Infection Control Program in compliance with CDC, OSHA, and State Guidelines Develop and update infection control policies, precautions, and aseptic techniques supported Participate in facility surveys and inspections Track and document nonsocomial infections and support infection investigations Report all required infectious diseases to appropriate government agencies Serve as an active member of the Infection Control Committee Assist with discharge planning for residents in isolation or on precautions

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program Active RN License (Required) Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in Healthcare At least 2 years of RN experience in long-term care, hospital, or related setting preferred Join Our Team!
