We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with demonstrated leadership and management skills to: Direct, plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs for the perioperative patient population. Lead daily operations and coordination of patient care services focusing on anesthesia services. Direct and evaluate the department's workforce in terms of overall staffing and scheduling, adjusting to changes in care requirements, patient census and staffing resources. Prepare and/or participate in preparation of operating budgets. Establish quality improvement efforts to support the delivery of patient and family-focused care. Required Master's degree in Nursing. Preferred Work Experience Three (3) years of relevant experience and progressive nursing leadership experience with demonstrated success. Required Five (5) years of relevant experience and progressive nursing leadership experience with demonstrated success. Preferred Prior surgical services experience and/or experience working in an academic medical center or complex healthcare system. Preferred Licenses and Certifications Wisconsin RN license.
