The Springs of Premier Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department. This leadership opportunity is open to licensed Physical Therapists (PT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily rehabilitation department operations. Mentor, coach, and support the therapy team to achieve clinical excellence. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize resident outcomes. Monitor productivity, staffing, scheduling, and department performance. Promote a positive culture focused on quality care and teamwork. Assist with program development and census growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

Current Arkansas license as a PT, SLP, or PTA . Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation preferred. Leadership or management experience strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Passion for improving the lives of residents through rehabilitation services.
